What can I do if I can’t tell which meal plan is best for me?

Can I personalize a meal plan?

Of course. Our offer includes an option of a basic personalization of standard meal plans. You can exclude dairy products, gluten, fish or pork and choose the type of preferred breakfast (sweet, savory or keto).We also offer ID meal plans tailor made to meet all your individual needs. We can personalize any meal plan according to your guidelines (food intolerance, allergies, caloric value requirements, number of melas, taste preferences).Moreover, we prepare meal plans for people suffering from various illnesses (e.g. diabetes, insulin resistance, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, gluten-sensitive disorders, hypertension, irritable bowel syndrome, reflux, polycystic ovary syndrome and more).We also offer meal plans for pregnant and breast feeding women.

Is there a minimal amount for a subscription to be placed?

No, you can choose any amount of days in any sequence. Our calendar is completely flexible.
How can I pay?
Payment is made with the order, in advance for the chosen period of time.
You can either pay via Przelewy24, PayU or via a standard money transfer.
Payment in cash is only available with prior arrangement, at our office located at Szpitalna 5 st.

Can I change the caloric value or the meal plan during the order period?

Yes, both can be changed even during the order period.

Can I suspend the diet or change the date of delivery?

Yes, suspending the deliveries is possible but we need to be notified at least 3 business days in advance.

When are the meals prepared?

The meals are prepared on the day before the delivery.

Can I get a menu for the whole week?

Due to the specifics of our work this is unfortunately impossible.
Every evening you will receive an e-mail with a menu for the upcoming day. It will include detailed information about the macronutrients of each meal.

In what order should I eat the meals?

We do not impose the sequence. The nutritional values are balanced daily. We give you full freedom to adjust the diet to your daily rhythm.

How should I heat the meals?

Our containers are suitable for microwave heating. However, please remember, to puncture the foil cover. We do not recommend fully removing the foil as it might cause over drying.
If you have time and possibility, we recommend heating the meals traditionally in a pot or a pan. Our spray coconut oil can help with the process and it is available for purchase when placing an order.

What is the expiry date of the meals?
The sets which we deliver are meant to be consumed on the day of the delivery and require constant refrigeration as they do not contain any preservatives. During travel, we recommend placing a cool pack in the thermo-bag.

When are the deliveries made?

We make the deliveries during night and early morning hours. We always ask for a gate key, intercom code or to notify the building security who would either let the courier in or collect the delivery.

Doesn’t the food go bad when it is left outside the door for a couple of hours?

We exercise all means to avoid such situation taking place. After preparation, meals are shock cooled. Then, after packing, meals are kept in cold storage prior to being picked up for delivery. Our couriers deliver the meals in refrigerator trucks. For additional safety, meal boxes are delivered in returnable thermo bags that help maintaining the proper temperature of the meals.

Are the thermo-bags and glass bottles returnable?

Both the bags and bottles are returnable. You can leave them outside your door every evening or once a week. Please remember about that so that we can reuse and waste less to protect the environment together.

How are possible complaints handled?

If a package has not been delivered or is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We treat each complaint seriously and we have an option to send a replacement meal in a short period of time. However, we cannot resolve complaints placed a day or more after the delivery.
